Our time together focuses on understanding your experiences - how you feel, how your body reacts, and how your relationships shape you. I use a relational approach, which means the therapeutic connection becomes a safe place to explore how you think, feel, and show up in the world. At the same time, we pay close attention to your nervous system - your stress responses, patterns of protection, and moments of calm - so you can understand why you feel the way you do and how to shift toward more balance. Together, we build awareness, compassion, and tools for long-term growth.
