The Ventral Space is named after the ventral vagal state—a part of your nervous system that helps you feel safe, calm, and connected. Think of it as your “reset button", the place where you can actually pause, catch your breath, and show up fully for yourself and others. My work is all about helping women in Connecticut access that state, giving them space for reflection, growth, and balance that actually sticks.
